        In consideration of being allowed to utilize the facilities and services of Alaskan Adventures, L.L.C. including but not limited to their lodge, boats, vehicles  and airplanes, I hereby waive, release and forever discharge Alaskan Adventures, L.L.C. and its owners, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all responsibility or liability from injuries or damages resulting in utilization of the facilities above described and resulting from recreation or real property, public and private, adjacent to,  or in the vicinity of Alaskan Adventures lodge and utilized by Alaskan Adventures to provide guiding services.
        I understand and acknowledge that the recreational activities associated with the services provided by Alaskan Adventures, L.L.C. including but not limited to transportation by land, air, or water, for the purposes of fishing and other sporting activities, including the use of equipment related to those activities, is a potentially hazardous activity.  I understand and acknowledge that the activities I am voluntarily engaged in as a participant bears certain known risks and unanticipated risks which could result in injury, death, illness or disease, or damage to myself and property.  I am voluntarily participating in those activities with full knowledge of the dangers involved and I hereby agree to expressly assume and accept any and all risk of injury or death, illness, disease, or damage to myself or my property arising from my participation in this activity.
        I further acknowledge that, once I have arrived at the lodge, there are certain circumstances which can arise as a result of weather, transportation or other conditions over which Alaskan Adventures has no control.  I agree that Alaskan Adventures reserves the right to make changes in itineraries as may be found necessary to insure the safety and proper handling of my excursion. I further understand that, due to circumstances beyond the control of Alaskan Adventures, L.L.C. that I may be unable to arrive and depart from the lodge at previously scheduled times and in no case will any change in plans be grounds for a refund, whether the trip is completed or not and any possible refund of credit for another trip is at the sole discretion of Alaskan Adventures.
        I further acknowledge that I have been advised to secure travel and trip cancellation insurance to cover any losses or damage that may occur resulting from changes in itineraries or my ability to arrive and depart from the lodge at previously scheduled times.  This includes any changes I may have to make due to illness or any other reason I may not be able to complete my trip for the time scheduled.  In all cases, any refunds or credit toward another trip is at the sole discretion of Alaskan Adventures.
        I further acknowledge that I have been advised that Alaskan Adventures, L.L.C. maintains Aircraft Liability Insurance limits of $150,000 per seat as required by applicable Alaska State Statutes.  By signing this release I do not waive my statutory entitlement to make a claim pursuant to the terms of said statute.  However, I do release Alaskan Adventures, L.L.C.  from any claim that would exceed their Aircraft Liability Insurance limits of $150,000 per seat.
        I hereby release Alaskan Adventures, L.L.C., its owners, officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all responsibility for any trip time loss die to changes in itineraries or due to my inability to arrive and depart from the lodge by Alaskan Adventures, L.L.C. at previously scheduled times.
        This release shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for me, my heirs, administrators, and executors and for all members of my family including minors who may be accompanying me.  I agree that if I sue or make any claims against Alaskan Adventures, L.L.C.  in violation of this Waiver.  I shall be liable to Alaskan Adventures, L.L.C. for all costs and attorney’s fees incurred by Alaskan Adventures, L.L.C. in defending itself from any such action or claim including attorney’s fees incurred on appeal.   All claims will be taken care of  in the state of Indiana, USA.
